Two Raves!

I would like to make two raves, one for the quality of the service and one for the quality of the product. In early December, I ordered the spa gift set for my son's fiancee to be given at Christmas. Due to delays with the USPS, the order sat in North Carolina for nearly a week. I contacted Adriana with my concern about the delay, and she immediately sent out a duplicate order. Both orders arrived before Christmas, and I recontacted Adriana and offered to pay for the duplicate. She declined to accept payment. Clearly she cares deeply about customer satisfaction.
The sets are beautifully presented and boxed with lovely gift cards. My plan for the second set was to split it with my very particular daughter, allowing her to select the items that she wanted and leaving the others for me. She did not want to part with any of the items in the kit, much to my delight.
So...I was able to give two special gifts to two special people, and received the gift of Adriana's kindness and concern. "Handmade with Love" is her very fitting slogan.
