How soon will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1-2 business days, express orders ship within one business day. During a peak sales times such a holiday season, your order may take up to 3 business days to ship.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns. We value our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you received a wrong item, or your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately via email to discuss possible solutions,  at hello@belierhandmade.com

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we accept same day cancellations only.

My order is shipping to a wrong address 

Please double-check the shipping address before placing your order. If you realize that the address on file is incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@belierhandmade.com so we can fix it. 

If the package is being return to us, we can reship the gift for you for an additional $10 shipping fee. We do not offer refunds once an order has been packed. Please contact us as soon as you become aware that the address is incorrect.

LOST/DELAYED PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for delivery delays once the package is in transit with the carrier. All packages are sent with a tracking number, so you can track your package. If the tracking info states that your package has been delivered, Belier Handmade is no longer responsible. 

You'll have to contact the postal service directly and file a claim with your local post office. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please send a picture of the damaged/wrong product along with your order number to hello@belierhandmade.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
