Poor packaging and customer service

I bought a custom box for my wife for Christmas. When she opened the box Christmas morning she had a box full of wet bath salt. Don’t know what happened but it was not what I expected. After a quick email the problem was fixed. This company went above and beyond to fix the issue. Will definitely be back to place more orders.
